Our school mission, in partnership with parents and parish, is to create a caring,
worshipping community rooted in Christ’s teaching,
where everyone can achieve his or her full potential.
Welcome to St Christopher’s Catholic Primary School. This website gives you an insight into the life of our school, and has been prepared to provide information for those who are considering St Christopher’s as a school for their child to attend, and also to give practical guidance and information to parents of children already attending the school.
We are proud of our school with its happy, nurturing atmosphere and its tradition of hard work, academic achievement, sporting success and parish community involvement.
Our St Christopher’s Way Values help us live out our lives, following in the footsteps of Jesus, and helping us to Carry Christ to All.
A St Christopher’s Learner is independent, a communicator and an enquirer. Our St Christopher’s Superheroes help us to be the best learners we can be.
St Christopher’s is a Restorative School, which means we teach our children to build and maintain relationships. When things go wrong, as they sometimes do, we have forgiveness at the heart of all we do.
You are warmly encouraged to visit, and see the school in action – please contact Mrs Devine-Jones in our office on 0161 – 430 – 4473 with your enquiries. We see education as a partnership between home, school and parish and we look forward to welcoming you and your child into our school family.
